Promotional codes can only be used once per customer and cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel orders and/or disable accounts of those who attempt to redeem fraudulent promotional codes.

Shipping and Delivery

The following terms apply to product shipping and delivery:

We only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses.
Actual delivery times will vary based on your shipping address, delivery delays and other factors. We will provide estimates for your order at checkout but cannot guarantee actual delivery times.
You are responsible for providing a valid shipping address where you or someone else can accept delivery. If we cannot deliver your order due to refusal, or if your address is undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you. If our attempts are unsuccessful, we may cancel your order.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. You are responsible for notifying us of non-delivery or product damage in-transit so we can assist with any claims.
We may require an adult signature for deliveries. We are not liable for delivering a package without obtaining the required signature.
If no one is available to accept the package, the carrier may leave it or return to sender, per their own policies. We cannot guarantee re-delivery or redirect packages to other addresses.

Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return products to us.
Returned products must be in new, unused and undamaged condition with original tags and packaging. We do not accept returns of used products.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not refund the original shipping costs.
Refunds are generally issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 days after we receive the eligible return.
We may reject returns or provide exchange only for products that are not in resalable condition due to usage, damage, cleaning or missing parts.
Custom or special order items are not eligible for return or refund. We clearly identify non-returnable items at checkout.
Refund exceptions: Where permitted by law, we do not refund taxes or provide price adjustments for items purchased during a promotional sale period.
