Our Humble Beginnings
It all started back in 1998 when our founder, Amanda Jones, struggled to find an oven cleaner that could tackle burnt-on grease and food residues without requiring hours of scrubbing or filling her home with harsh fumes. Dissatisfied with the options on the market, Amanda decided to create her own cleaner.
After months of research and testing various formulas in her garage, Amanda finally created a oven cleaner that dissolved stubborn baked-on grime in minutes without any scrubbing or toxic chemicals. She shared her creation with friends and family who were blown away by how well it worked. They encouraged Amanda to start selling her miracle cleaner, insisting that other homeowners would love it just as much as they did.
And so, Scrub Free® Oven Cleaner was born! We started off small, selling at local farmers markets and hardware stores. But word about our amazing cleaner quickly spread and demand skyrocketed. Within a year, Scrub Free® was being sold in stores across the country.
